Children are such a gift, and time with them is precious. I love to help children learn to interact with the world around them and grow to become successful contributors to society. I studied Early Childhood Education at Messiah University and graduated in 2024. I have taught 3rd grade for two years in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and have had numerous experiences with children from ages 3-10 years old in local schools. These experiences highlight my dedication to a strong educational foundation, growing children's interpersonal relationships, and providing rich and stimulating environments for children to succeed. Through working at Christian Camps and Conferences in New Hampshire as both a counselor and a Unit Director at Camp Deer Run for girls ages 8-16, I have taught skills, provided care, and communicated well with families and caregivers. Volunteering at the Mid-State PA chapter of Girls on the Run has increased my community involvement and Read more passion for children to be active and assertive throughout their lives. I am currently certified in pediatric and adult first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. This certification expires in 2027.
