My heart is invested in children and youth. I love the feeling of connecting with my inner child as I bring out the best in children! Initially after high school I worked as a Camp Counselor for my local YMCA for six years as I pursued my passion for Children’s Psychology in undergrad. Ultimately I received two degrees in Therapeutic Counseling and Cognitive Psychology, however, having studied the behavior of children truly shaped my perspective on many key factors of life. I am a middle child with two brothers and two sisters. Family dynamics means so much to me. I believe in patience and practicality when redirecting a child. I will do my best to adhere to your parenting style and follow guidelines I observe within your communication skills and behaviors. I have had the joy and honor to help raise children from infancy to teen years. I am willing Read more to share appropriate resources and references. I would aim to enter your family with sensitivity to faith, creed, political views, core values and other important topics that impact and influence the well being of your child(ren). I am affirmative and confident that I am an additional sound voice of reasoning to your family, never a secondary parent. I would never implement anything without your consent. I am excited to meet you and can ensure that safety is my priority along with fun! I am great at multitasking, efficient with time, multilingual (French semi-comprehensive) and extremely knowledgeable about resources. I am outgoing, yet mindful to adapt to various personality types. Working with me will be enjoyable. Thank you for your time in reading this. I hope to be what your family is seeking!
