Hi there! I’m Cass, and I’ve been passionate about caring for children for as long as I can remember. I started nannying at just 10 years old and have worked with kids of all ages—including newborns! Over the years, I’ve been lucky to support many wonderful families, and I’ve often been lovingly called the “baby whisperer” thanks to my calm energy, nurturing presence, and natural connection with little ones. I’ve worn many hats when it comes to working with kids: I’ve served as a camp counselor and dance teacher for the City of Las Vegas, where I led group activities and helped kids build confidence and social skills in a fun, safe environment. I also spent years volunteering in church childcare programs, working with children of all ages in supportive, community-based settings. My experience has taught me how to be flexible, observant, and deeply patient. I value communication, consistency, and creating a nurturing atmosphere where children feel seen, heard, and supported—whether they’re toddlers learning to express themselves or school-aged kids navigating more complex emotions and routines. I also LOVE being outdoors and truly believe in the magic of nature and imaginative play. I grew up traveling across the country in a motorhome with my grandparents, which instilled in me a sense of adventure and a deep appreciation for unstructured exploration. Whether it’s playing outside, visiting a local park, or going on a nature scavenger hunt, I love encouraging kids to unplug and engage with the world around them. Beyond childcare, I’m a huge animal lover. I foster pets through my local shelter and am always happy to care for your family’s furry friends alongside your kids. I’m also reliable, safety-focused, and fully committed to being a consistent, dependable part of any household I join.
