Hi! My name is Joangrace, and I truly enjoy being a positive and caring presence in children’s lives. One of the things I love most about childcare is being able to watch children grow, learn, and develop their own personalities as they get older. Growing up, I naturally became someone that families, friends, and neighbors trusted to help care for their children. Through those experiences, I learned that every child is different and has their own individual needs, personality, comfort level, and expectations. I believe it is important to take the time to understand each child and create an environment where they feel safe, heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I enjoy engaging children through play, learning activities, conversations, and everyday routines while encouraging their independence and creativity. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their children feel cared for, supported, and valued.
