A little about me. I have a BS degree in Family and Child Development from Auburn University and post baccalaureate in Elementary Education (K-5), My experience extends from babysitting, to nannying in college, to working in a children's home after college. I raised my own 8 children ( 5 boys and 3 girls). I home-schooled most of them their entire lives. The oldest graduated top honors from UAH in Mechanical engineering. Another is an RN and works at Crestwood. Two children are still in college, one works at Chick-fil-A and two are still in secondary school. In 2016, I went back to college and received an Elementary Education {K-5} certificate. I taught 3rd grade in a private school and because I did not make enough money, I started a cleaning business and owned and operated Huntsville Housecleaning for two years. We have spent the past year playing at Mark Russell Community Center playground, we have taken nature walks, gone swimming at the YMCA and the neighborhood pool in Nature's Cove.
