Hi, My name is Alison. I am an early childhood educator and an elementary school teacher too. I like working as a babysitter or nanny because every day is different and active. Children have a lot of energy, so it's impossible to get bored. I consider myself a dynamic, creative, and fun person. Having a daily routine is important for children to learn to be organized, but be flexible too because every child is a unique world and feels and thinks in his own way, so respecting every child's rhythm is part of my philosophy.
