Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am a CPR-certified caregiver with several years of hands-on experience working with children in educational and behavioral settings. I am currently a college student on a pre-health track, which has given me a strong foundation in child development, safety, and evidence-based care. Working with children isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I’m deeply passionate about. For the past year, I have worked as a Behavior Technician at an autism learning center, where I provide one-on-one support to children on the autism spectrum. I implement individualized behavior plans, support communication and social development, and help children build independence through structured and play-based learning. This role has strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to respond calmly and confidently in all situations. I also worked at a daycare during my freshman year of college, caring for children from newborns to kindergarten age.
