I’m a 27 year old college graduate with a bachelors in psychology. My full time job is being a service coordinator for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I come from a really big family which has gravitated me towards the love for children, caring for them and making them feel safe and seen. As a teenager my mom enrolled me in red cross courses to be able to help with family child care. I also work in a residential group home with adolescents. Both mt jobs require me to have CPR , First aid and BLS certification trainings. I have alot of experience working with children from infancy through teenage years. I enjoy doing activities with them and helping them stay active and having someone they can relate to when parents are unable to do so. I’ve been paid as a babysitter for the last five years since the Read more pandemic. I babysit when I can and have flexibility specifically on the weekends. I am energetic, attentive, caring, compassionate and enjoy making all children around me feel included. I have experience changing diapers, making bottles, caring for high energy toddlers and more. I enjoy working with children due to their fun personalities and try to engage with them in all activities whether it may be reading, playing a game, doing school work or just enjoy a nature walk. I’m looking forward to offering professional care with an adult you can trust!
