In my previous role as a Supervisor/Head Counselor, I managed both students and counselors, and was responsible for planning activities, decorating, and organizing field trips. I developed educational games to improve student grades, and broadened the children's horizons by connecting with community partners and organizations. I'm a people person and work well under pressure. I'm also a quick thinker, which I believe would be invaluable in this role. I am a quick learner and am currently working on my children care certification from DCF. I am also CPR certified. Since I was 18, I've worked with children, and find it rewarding to see them grow and learn. I'm a great organizer who loves order. I believe everything has a place, and that every problem has a solution.
