I’m Alecia, and I’ve spent over 15 years working with children from infancy through elementary school. I’ve been a childcare teacher, infant/toddler caregiver, and kindergarten teacher, and I love creating safe, fun, and engaging routines that help kids feel confident and supported. I’m dependable, patient, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel cared for.
