I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe in a caring environment. Building positive relationships with kids and watching their unique personalities shine is one of the most rewarding parts of childcare. I have extensive experience working as a teacher’s aide at childcare centers as a floater, where I cared for children across a variety of age groups, including the nursery, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary-aged children. I also served as an overnight camp counselor for children ages 7–10, where I supervised daily activities, encouraged teamwork, and helped create a fun, safe, and supportive environment. These experiences have strengthened my patience, communication, adaptability, and ability to connect with children of different ages. I understand that every child is unique, and I strive to provide dependable, attentive, and compassionate care while giving parents peace of mind that their children are in good hands.
