I love working with children and am looking for some part time work to supplement my income. I have decades of experience, starting with my earliest memories watching my siblings. I am the eldest of 7 children. My job those days was to help my mom. She always had a baby on her hip - and so did I! Over the years I have helped families with childcare, ranging from infants to young teens. Sometimes part-time, sometimes full-time, but always with love and joy. I'm a mom myself, and my daughter is off to college. I realize how much I miss those sweet days sitting criss-cross applesauce making turkey hats at Thanksgiving! I have a particular affinity for young children but have always found a way to resonate with children of all ages. I love literature, the arts, and travel. One of my proudest accomplishments is introducing my daughter to Read more international culture and travel. Now 20, she has grown into a very thoughtful and respectful young woman, interested in all points of view.
