Hi! I’m Cadence, and I’m an experienced nanny who genuinely loves working with children and being a part of their growth and development. I currently nanny for a family with four boys, ages 6 months, 3.5, 4.5, and 6 years old, and I’ve cared for their youngest since he was a newborn. This has given me hands-on experience caring for multiple children at once and working with ages ranging from newborns and infants to school-aged children. I’m comfortable with feeding, diaper changes, naps, age-appropriate play and activities, maintaining routines, and keeping little ones safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day. Caring for children of different ages has taught me how to adapt to each child’s individual needs while staying patient, attentive, organized, and calm. I also grew up helping care for my younger brother, which is where my love for working with children began. I’m dependable, energetic, caring, and very hands-on, and I love creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and excited to learn and play. I have had the pleasure of hirring Cadence for ocasional babysitting, she is very sweet, honest, understanding, and my daughters love her. She does an excellent job. She's done well with my 3 year old and 20mo together, while also potty training, making lunches and snacks. I will continue to reach out to her when needed. I absolutely recommend her.
