Hello, My name is Rosa Diaz. I am 29 years old and a full time caretaker. I am looking for part time work as nanny or babysitter. I have 10 years + of experience working with children of all ages. I specialize in arts and crafts, music therapy, baby sign language, home work help, and other academic fundamentals. I have interned with a non profit organization called Montgomery Housing Partnership which help house low income families. We assisted these families with summer camps, after school care, snacks and meal prep. I also interned with the YMCA youth and family services which came to aid at-risk youth. A typical day for me spending time with your child(ren) could be going on nature walks, park play or other physical activities such as basketball or soccer (at recreation centers, local parks or even your backyard) if the child is much older. If the baby is an infant, a typical day would be adjusting to the baby’s schedule including nap time, sensory exercises, and increasing brain function activity with either memory or speech/language games. I am also pet friendly, and do assist with light housing keeping such as washing or putting away dishes, kids laundry, sweeping, wiping or sanitizing kids toys and counters.
