Hi! My name is Makaila, but you can call me Kayla. I am 19 years old and currently enrolled in community college. I have many years of childcare experience. My mother had an in home daycare from my birth until 2020, so some would say I have a lifetime of experience. I worked with my mom and the children every summer, learning how to potty train, prepare meals, etc. I have worked with children from newborn to middle school aged, as well as special needs children. My younger brother is profoundly autistic, and as his sister I've been a key figure in his care for many years, I help with appointments, medications, and emotional regulation. I am more than prepared to assist with children on the autism spectrum, should you be requiring those services.
