Hi, my name is Lillian! I have a genuine love for working with kids and helping them grow, learn, and have fun. I enjoy creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I especially love bringing creativity and energy into playtime, whether that’s reading, doing crafts, playing outside, or helping with schoolwork. I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. I currently coach cheerleading and run the LittleBits Gym program, where I teach kids as young as 18 months up to 7 years old. I’ve also worked with school-aged kids through summer camps. This experience has given me strong skills in balancing fun with structure, keeping kids safe, and managing groups with patience and enthusiasm. I have been CPR and First Aid trained, and I’m confident in handling routines from meals and naps to homework help and bedtime.
