Hi everyone! My name is Aliyah, I'm 25 years old and I am a graduate from LCC. I earned my Associate degree in Early Childhood Education! As well as my work as a nanny, I am the assistant manager at a juice bar - and have been for almost 5 years! However, I have a passion for working with kids and helping them grow, and I'm hoping I can find more opportunities for me to work with kids. I was previously an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist with children, which meant I would provide therapy for children on the Autism spectrum with day to day behavioral and social delays. Working for CARD, I learned so much about my love for working with kids, and how exciting their development is. Previously, I worked as a nanny for a 16 month old girl, a 2 year old boy, and a 6 year old Read more girl! I have over 4 years of experience. I would love to meet some more kiddo's and share what I have learned. In my free time I love to go hiking - Oregon's tree's will forever have my heart; as well as bicycling, especially alongside the Willamette River! I am also someone that enjoys writing quite a bit, and I spend as much time writing as I can! Lastly, I am a HUGE animal lover, so if you have animals it's a plus for me! Working with families with animals of any kind is a huge plus in my eyes, but not a necessity. I myself have a few cats and a dog! I have open availability and I am open to any sort of childcare, nanny or otherwise. The families I worked for previously have me clean and take care of their animals as well, and I consider these things a plus! :) I enjoy cleaning and organizing, so it would never be a problem!
