Hi! I’m Hailey! A little about me, I'd describe my personality as positive, optimistic, and kind and in my spare time, I'm either reading, playing with my dogs, or hanging out with my boyfriend. I've been a certified ABA therapist working with autistic kids for almost 2 years now. Before that, I nannied and have also babysat for family and friends since l was a teenager. I love seeing their curiosity and confidence, and being part of their growth is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy creating a positive and engaging environment where they can feel seen and heard, and be excited about discovering the world.
