Hello! My name is Delaney. I have over seven years of experience working with young children, beginning as a babysitter at age 13. I am currently a student-athlete at Bridgewater College, majoring in biology and playing lacrosse, with plans to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse. My background includes two years of early childhood development coursework in high school, where I gained hands-on teaching experience in the Bel Air High School preschool and earned my 20-hour childcare certificate. I have also worked as a camp counselor at day-camp style summer camps, where I developed engaging lessons, built strong connections with campers, and supported them with daily routines. I am especially experienced with babies and toddlers and love helping them learn and grow. I am organized and consistent with routines, but also bring creativity and playfulness to every day.
