Caring for children has always felt purposeful and natural to me. I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I enjoy watching children grow, learn, and gain confidence. Having a small role in that experience brings me fulfillment. Being a mother myself, I also value building trusting relationships with families and being someone parents can rely on. I have over 12 years of experience working with children and youth. I spent 6 years as a nanny part time, providing daily care, structure, and support for children of various ages. For the past 6 years, I have worked with youth in foster care, beginning as a direct care provider, then moving into a supervisory role, and most recently working in case management. This experience has allowed me to work closely with children who have diverse emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. I pride myself in creating routines, setting healthy boundaries, and responding calmly in high-stress situations.
