My name is Lily, I am 31 years old and recent Master's degree graduate. Since the age 13, I have been babysitting for children in my community. I also have three summers of experience as a camp counselor. Looking after children has been the most rewarding occupation I've had. Children, in my opinion, are the most inspiring group of people to work with, because their worldview combines simple perspective with boundless imagination. When working with kids I like to encourage their interests and creativity, while affirming positive behavior and always follow the parents' preferences and directions. I am currently seeking a PhD, so looking for work to fill in my spare time. In addition to my experience caring for children, I have 3 years of private tutoring experience and enjoy helping with schoolwork.
