Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because kids bring so much energy and joy, they’re fun and full of personality. Of course, there are moments when they get upset or overwhelmed, but I’m very comfortable handling that. Growing up in a big family, I’ve learned patience and how to stay calm in those situations, while helping kids feel safe and understood. What experience do you have? I’ve had experience caring for children through both family and structured settings. I come from a large family, so I’ve spent a lot of time helping take care of younger relatives. When I was younger, I also assisted my older sister with her babysitting jobs. In addition, I participated in a summer program called Upward Bound Classic, where I worked as a tutor for younger students and my peers, helping them with schoolwork and staying organized. What skills Read more and training do you have? I am CPR certified and very responsible and reliable. I’m also personable and able to connect easily with kids of different ages. I can help with homework, keep spaces clean and organized, and manage children’s emotions effectively by staying patient and supportive.
