I am passionate about being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and watching them learn and grow. Every day is different, and I get to be a positive influence in their lives, whether it's helping them with homework, playing games, or simply being someone they can trust. I find joy in creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where kids can feel comfortable and supported. Knowing that I'm helping families and making a difference, even in small ways, is incredibly rewarding. I have two years of experience as a teacher assistant at Katy Summer Academic Term (KSAT) and at Kidz Karousel, where I worked closely with children of different ages and developmental stages. During that time, I supported lead teachers in the classroom, helped plan and lead activities, and made sure the children were safe, engaged, and learning in a positive environment. This hands-on experience has deepened my passion for working with children and prepared me to handle a wide range of situations with care and confidence. I have gained strong skills in child supervision, educational support, and behavior management. I am trained in First Aid and CPR, which ensures I am prepared to respond to emergencies quickly and safely. I have developed strong communication and teamwork skills by working closely with lead teachers and parents, and I am comfortable helping with daily routines and individual child needs. I am also patient, organized, and able to adapt to different learning styles and behaviors, especially in group settings.
