Hi! My name is Jessica! I’m a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working with children in both school and behavioral support settings. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and love creating a fun, safe, and comfortable environment where they can be themselves. I have experience working as a Nanny in the home and as a 1:1 paraprofessional in a school setting, where I supported children with their daily routines, learning, communication, social skills, and individual needs. I also have experience as an RBT, where I worked one-on-one with children while helping them build important skills through positive reinforcement, structured activities, and play.
