Hi families! My name is Tina, and I’m a college student at FAU studying Psychology with a genuine love for working with kids. I’ve been caring for children for about three years through babysitting, working at a daycare, and now working part-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Working with children has always been something I really enjoy because I love getting to know their personalities, interests, and little quirks. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported. That’s why I always try to create a fun and positive environment while still providing structure and consistency. Through my experience as an RBT, I’ve developed additional skills in communication, behavior management, social skills, routines, and helping children become more independent. My psychology studies have also given me a deeper interest in child development and understanding how children learn and grow.
