I'm a passionate and dedicated childcare professional with a educational background and hands-on experience in fostering positive growth and development in children. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development in April of 2020, and furthered my expertise with a Masters Degree in Youth and Community Development in April 2022. My approach to childcare is rooted in experience-based learning, social-emotional education, and physical development. I am committed to creating a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and growth for children of all ages. Safety is a top priority for me, and I am CPR/AED certified, trained in bloodborne pathogens, and have completed various health and safety courses to ensure a secure and protected space for the little ones. I have had the pleasure of working with six different families as a babysitter and nanny, where I've been able to build positive relationships with children and become a trusted and caring presence in their lives. Currently, I am working with teenagers, supporting their development through career exploration and internships. I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am excited to be a positive figure in the lives of more children in my community.
