Hi! I’m an 18-year-old high school graduate who has always enjoyed spending time with children and caring for my younger siblings and little cousins, ranging in age from 1–10 years old. While I don’t have professional paid childcare experience yet, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for children through my family, and my previous work at a nursing home has also taught me patience, responsibility, compassion, and how important it is to provide attentive care. I’m currently pregnant, which has made me even more excited to learn and grow through childcare as I work toward my goal of becoming a full-time nanny in the future. For now, I’m looking for part-time babysitting opportunities where I can gain more experience, build relationships with families, and become more confident in my caregiving skills. I also love doing fun, creative activities with kids, especially coloring and painting—even though I’m definitely not the best artist!
