Hi there! I am a local Cape Codder with many years' experience working in childcare. As a teenager I worked in restaurants and supplemented my savings with babysitting, camp counselor, and mother's helper jobs. Since, I have continued to work with kiddos from 1 yrs to 16 yrs with varying needs. Through college, I worked with multiple afterschool care programs, spearheaded community childcare programs, and assisted in elementary and high school classes. After graduating with a B.A. in Developmental Psychology, I was hired as a Behavior Specialist at a residential care facility for children with dual diagnoses. Engagement, strength in daily living activities, and caregiving were the pillars of my work with my students.
