Meet Nevaeh

Hello! My name is Nevaeh, and I’m a calm, sensitive, and sweet caregiver who connects especially well with shy or quiet children. As the oldest of six, I’ve spent my entire life helping care for my siblings — from ages 4 to 14 — and I’ve often taken on the responsibilities of a parent when needed. Because of that, I’m very comfortable with cooking, cleaning, bathing, potty training, and helping create a warm, stable routine for younger kids. I enjoy working with girls ages 4–15, especially those who may be nervous or slow to open up. I love helping kids feel safe, understood, and confident. Many children I’ve cared for tell me they like being around me because I make them laugh and feel happy. I’m also comfortable offering tutoring and homework help at a basic level, especially in reading and math. Whether we’re practicing school skills, painting together, doing Read more arts and crafts, going outside to play, or enjoying a fun game inside, I always keep the environment positive, patient, and encouraging. I’m looking for part-time, after-school, or weekend work with families who want someone responsible, nurturing, and genuinely committed to helping children grow and feel good about themselves.
