My name is Courtney, but you can call me Ella. I’ve been doing childcare my whole life, unpaid childcare from age 6-12 with my younger siblings, paid childcare through family, friends, and neighbors from age 13-19, and experience taking care of my own child from birth to age 3. I also have an associate’s degree, working towards my bachelors and later my Juris Doctor degree for criminal defense law. I love being a sitter because it gives me the chance to have an impact on the growth and development of these tiny people, and to impact their knowledge and learning as well, and allows me to see the world through a child’s eyes again.
