I have hands-on child care experience through my work with Child Care Network, where I gained valuable skills in supporting children’s daily routines, learning activities, and social development. As a sophomore in college majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Child Advocacy, I bring both practical experience and academic knowledge to my work with children. My studies have strengthened my understanding of children’s needs, safety, and well-being, which I apply in real-world child care settings. I've also spent time working at childcare network and through that I was able to gain many experiences. Being the oldest child in my family, I naturally stepped into a leadership and caregiving role early on, developing patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. These qualities, combined with my professional child care experience, have prepared me to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages.
