Hi! My name is Adrianna, and caring for others has always been a natural part of my life. As the oldest of four boys, I grew up helping care for toddlers, school-age children, and teenagers, which gave me strong experience managing different personalities and age groups. Professionally, I worked with youth ages 10–18 at a county-operated residential home (VCHC), where I helped support their daily routines, development, and overall well-being. My responsibilities included organizing engaging activities like hiking, basketball, jump rope, and creative projects, as well as tutoring and providing academic support. I’m especially strong in math and English and enjoy helping kids build confidence in school. In addition to childcare, I have extensive experience with household management. I handled responsibilities such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, organizing, running errands, and helping maintain the home using a county-managed budget. I understand the importance of schedules for feeding, walks, bathroom breaks, and keeping pets safe—especially in homes with children. I love cooking meals from scratch, getting creative with arts and crafts, and encouraging kids to learn through fun and engaging activities. In my free time I enjoy coloring, journaling, and writing, which I love incorporating into creative play with children. I’m passionate about creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
