I am a lead preschool teacher in a daycare setting. I have been working as a lead teacher at the YMCA in the child care dept for 6 years and was a previous gymnastics coach at the Y for 3 years. My current job responsibilities include cleaning, preparing and serving food, potty training, and preparing educational and engaging play activities for 3-5 year olds. I have taken care of 25 kids in my class. I enjoy forming connections and getting to know each child’s unique and fun personality. I love the challenge of figuring out how each child learns best and creating specific activities to help them reach their goals. It is a very rewarding job. I love animals! I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a hedgehog!
