Hi! My name is Kiara. I’m 27 years old and have over 10 years’ experience working with children of all ages from newborns to 11 years of age. Compassionate, hard-working and dedicated are just a few words that describe me as an individual. Over the past two years (2017-2019) I was a private nanny for a wonderful & loving family. I was providing daily care for 3 children ages 1, 8 and 9. I preplanned meals, helped with homework, provided transportation to and from activities, and also prepared children for bedtime. On occasion I would also offer weekend care. Prior to providing my nanny services I was employed with Hey, Diddle Diddle daycare facility from 2014 through 2017. I worked as an assistant teacher for some time and was promoted to lead teacher in the infant room. In the infant room, I monitored and cared for 4 infants. Providing a Read more scheduled routine of feedings, changings and one on one educational activities all in conjunction with Keystone STARS. I’m very passionate about working with children and truly love what I do! My dream is to one day own and operate a family daycare facility where I can offer my experience as a parent as well as future educator to as many children as possible. I am currently in progress with updating my CPR/ First Aid/ AED certification. I have a current Driver’s License with active insurance, PA Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances available upon request. I have also participated in PA Mandated Child Abuse Reporting.
