Hey! My name is Izic. I’ve been babysitting for about two years, and I really enjoy working with kids. One of the coolest things I’ve gotten to do was be a cabin leader at two overnight sixth grade science camps in Davis. I was responsible for 12 campers (all by myself ) at a time, and we spent the week hiking, doing activities, and just having fun outdoors. I love being outside, so it was honestly one of my favorite experiences. Something I’ll never forget happened the day before I graduated high school. Even though I hadn’t seen my campers in about three months, they surprised me by making me a custom shirt and having it delivered to my school. I had no idea they were doing it, and it meant a lot to me. Knowing they still remembered me months later showed me that I had made a real Read more impact on them. Right now I’m a lifeguard manager, so I work with kids every day. I’m CPR/AED and Lifeguard certified, and keeping kids safe has always been my number one priority. I also have experience working with children with special needs. When I’m not working, I’m usually outside. I like hiking, going on walks, playing sports, and hanging out with my friends. I grew up playing soccer and baseball, so I’m always up for being active with kids. I’d describe myself as patient, responsible, and easy to get along with.
