I hi, I’m Kari, and I have over 30 years of paid childcare experience and have worked with children ranging from newborns to 12 years old. My background includes roles as an Infant Nursery Supervisor and a Before and After School Site Director, giving me a strong understanding of child development across all early stages. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a parent of three, which has shaped my caregiving style with patience, compassion, and real life understanding.
