Hi! My name is Alanis, and I have over 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. I am CPR certified and hold a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology, giving me a strong foundation in child development and age-appropriate care. I have experience working with children of various ages and developmental needs, including a toddler with autism whom I continue to babysit on occasion. I am patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. In addition to providing attentive care, I am skilled in meal preparation, diaper changes, potty training support, maintaining daily routines, sleep and nap strategies, educational play, and age-appropriate developmental activities. I understand the importance of consistency, communication, and positive reinforcement when caring for young children. I have my own reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and I am a non-smoker.
