Lillian worked with our 15-month old child for two full days as part of a transition moment for our household from daycare to a nanny share. We interviewed her, checked references, ran background check and were super happy to have her as part of the team. She was super attentive and followed our child's interests, supporting, engaging, and extending their play. Her background in early childhood education really makes her a an imaginative, entertaining, and involved companion for a child. I imagine she'd be great with a variety of ages and circumstances and capable of much more independent caregiving responsibility, but since we only worked with her for two days and part of that was training, I feel like I don't know quite enough to give her more than 4/5 stars, but believe she has strong potential to be someone else's 5-star caregiver! :D
