Hello! My name is Tavia and I am currently a Senior at Augusta University majoring in Psychology and Anthropology. I have completed relevant coursework in Child and Adolescent Development, Health and Social Psychology, and Safety and Nutrition. I am CPR certified and trained in fire safety. In my free time, you can find me baking, taking nature walks, and playing with my puppy! Being a Paraprofessional at a local elementary school helped me to realize my passion for working with children. Since then I've worked as a daycare assistant in a Infant/Toddler room which helped familiarize me with the stages of development and has further emphasized my enthusiasm for working with children!
