🌟 High-End Nanny & Pediatric Care Specialist Children’s Hospital Los Angeles | Acute Care | Developmentally Informed Care Hello families, I’m Lili — a nanny with 9 years of childcare experience and a clinical background in Acute Care at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). I work as a PT/OT Aide supporting pediatric therapy across NICU, PICU, oncology, trauma/brain injury, developmental delays, and medically fragile children, giving me a strong foundation in child safety, milestones, and regulated care. I specialize in infants and toddlers and spent nearly two years with one family, caring for their son from 10 months through toddlerhood. I managed bottles/feeding, naps, sensory play, early learning, routines, and gentle structure rooted in developmental awareness. What I Offer: • Warm, consistent, developmentally supportive care • Experience with preemies & medically fragile infants (NICU/PICU) • ABA/behavioral background for children across the spectrum • Sensory/outdoor activities, emotional regulation, play-based learning • Read more Calm structure, patience, and compassionate care • Respect for privacy, communication, and household expectations Infant–Toddler Strengths: • Feeding schedules, naps, sleep transitions • Milestone-based sensory & early learning activities • Early language, motor skills, and regulation support My Path: B.S. in Cognitive Science (Pre-OT). Applying to OTD programs this summer with a goal of pediatric OT in the PICU. Seeking a 6–12+ month position while completing prerequisites Mon/Wed mornings until noon. Transparency & Transition: I love my role at CHLA and didn’t plan to leave, but I must take Anatomy & Physiology for OT school and cannot adjust my hospital schedule. I’m looking for a family where I can bring the same level of care, consistency, and heart while continuing toward my pediatric OT goals. I’m known for bringing light, joy, and comfort to children on their hardest days — and I bring that same energy into the home. Certifications & Credentials: • CPR & BLS Certified • Clean driving record • Background check ready If you’re seeking someone reliable, development-minded, emotionally attuned, and confident with infants through early childhood, I’d love to connect. 💛

Lili has been an absolute blessing to our family. From the moment she started with us, she brought warmth, patience, and a genuine love for working with our baby. She went above and beyond to make sure our little one felt safe, loved, and engaged in fun and creative activities that really helped with his development. Her care was consistent, and it was clear she truly connected with him, becoming more than just a sitter—she became part of our family. What I appreciated most about Liliana was her thoughtfulness, whether it was through a fun new game or simply being there to provide comfort when needed. She would constantly ask if there was anything else needed around the house that she could help with. She was often cleaning and preparing extra food for the family even when not asked. We always knew our child was in good hands with her, and for that, we are so grateful. I can’t recommend Liliana enough—any family would be lucky to have her care for their children.
