Growing up in a large family meant I was around kids of all ages my whole life! I've had so much fun watching my baby cousins grow and also growing up with lots of kids my age. Needless to say, when I was looking for a job in New York City, I knew I would feel very comfortable helping other families with their loved ones. Now, I'm back in the Binghamton area and looking to help more families with their childcare needs. I'm currently a full time graduate student getting a masters in School Counseling. I'm looking to work either part time or as needed. I've been working in childcare on and off for about 5 years, and I have experience with age ranges from 3 months all the way to 8 years. I would be happy to elaborate on my experiences-if you would like to hear more, just let Read more me know! Outside of my babysitting/nanny experience, I've also worked as a chess tutor for children, as well as a teaching assistant for a theater program for high school students looking to pursue a college education in the performing arts. Out of respect my previous families, I will be happy to provide references and their contact information once we move forward with an interview. I understand how sensitive of a situation it can be to allow someone into your home, and I feel well prepared to help with any adjustments necessary to make everyone involved feel at ease.
