Even during my university studies, I gained hands-on experience through practical training, as this was the main focus of my academic studies. My experience with special needs children… I have extensive experience working with children who have a wide range of special needs. Over the past 15 years, I’ve supported children and adults with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges helping them build independence and social skills through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. My university studies also focused on special education, where I completed hands-on training that deepened my understanding of individualized care and effective communication techniques. I love engaging children in creative and meaningful activities such as arts and crafts, reading stories, and simple learning games that build confidence and communication skills.
