Hello— My name is Eliot! I am in my final semester at Middlebury College, graduating in February 2026, with a B.A in Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies and a minor in Political Science. I am looking to move to Boston following my graduation, and am looking for full or part time roles. As an older sibling, I grew up taking on caregiving responsibilities from a young age. Through high school and college, I've turned this into professional experience in childcare and education. I have extensive training in early childhood development, earning certifications in designing age-appropriate lesson plans supporting students with disabilities. I am activley certified in CPR, and have completed many CPR/First Aid for working with kids, including a no longer active lifeguard certification. In addition to academic training, I've held several hands-on childcare roles. I spent two summers working as a summer camp counselor, where I lived with middle Read more school-aged campers, providing mentorship in an all-female environment. I also have experience as a private caregiver for an elementary student with developmental disabilities.   No matter the setting, I strive to create an engaging, enriching experience for every child I work with. I am passionate about keeping kids active, exploring the outdoors, and encouraging them to try new activities. Outside school, I am passionate about fitness, getting outside, reading, and traveling.
