My name is Ryan, I am twenty years old and I am from central Massachusetts. I've been babysitting for about eight years. I have nannied for two lovely families for the past three summers. One family I nannied for the summer and the second family I have worked with for the past three years both during the school years and summers. Both families had multiple children so I'm comfortable watching multiple kids. I have experience with children ages 3 months-15 years old. I love being a nanny and working with kids. I'm comfortable working with kids up to age 15. I also love animals so I'm very comfortable with pets! I am about to be a junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the fall, studying Communication while minoring in education and media literacy. I have taken three courses in High school called Child Development, Child Development Two and Read more Early Childhood Education which sparked my interest in education even further. These courses allowed me to form small group activity plans that we then got to teach and help complete with the preschool students. These activity plans were planned around a specific area of development for the preschool students to learn while playing. This class allowed me to learn more about kids and how to improve areas of development using methods of play.
