We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Jennifer. She has been caring for our son since he was just two months old and has consistently shown how deeply she cares about his well-being and development. She is loving, patient, and incredibly attentive to detail. Whether it’s following his feeding and nap schedule, noticing small changes in his mood, or making sure he is engaged and stimulated throughout the day, she approaches every moment with genuine care and thoughtfulness. Reliability is another one of her many strengths — she is always punctual and dependable, which gives us great peace of mind, especially as two working parents. Beyond simply doing her job, she truly goes above and beyond. She keeps us informed, respects our parenting style and preferences, and works seamlessly with the routines we’ve established for our baby. Knowing our son is in such capable, caring hands during the 9 hours a day she spends with him, three days a week, allows us to focus on our responsibilities with complete confidence. She is a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate caregiver.

I can not say enough about how wonderful it has been to have Jen as a part of our family. We connected during COVID when I was pregnant with our 3rd baby. We had special circumstances at home and she accommodated all of our needs and then some. We hired her to nanny our 6 month old baby girl full time and with her attention to detail, communication skills, and jump right in attitude, she quickly became another family member that we depended on. She was always punctual and extended herself to our family any time we needed her. She worked on all of baby girls developmental milestones with us and never hesitated to learn new things or accommodate our parenting style. As dual working parents, Jen was a critical participant in our house hold. As our little one grew up, she has stayed connected with us and we still entrust her with our family often.
