Hello! I am a 21 year old college student going to Salisbury University! I am majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. While I don't have any PAID experience with taking care of children, I have many hours of unpaid experience in schools for my major (100+ hours). I am looking for a summer job as a baby sitter to get even more experience while making money on the side to help pay for school. I am a great tutor (especially ELA) and have training with children that have behavioral issues. I am willing to help with chores and drive your children if needed (to sports games, clubs, etc). I am available for most of the day and night (and possibly morning). My interests: - Art (I love doodling, painting, and sculpting) - Music (I am in choir and enjoy listening to a variety of different genres) - Reading (I Read more LOVE reading and am even starting a collection of children's books for my future class library) - Animals (I have a German Shepard dog named Dakota, an orange cat named Benji, and a pet parakeet named Kiwi. I love animals and enjoy being around them). - Board Games/ Video Games: I play almost all types of games and love the classics like monopoly, the game of life, candy land, minecraft, fortnite, and roblox. Why I love being a sitter: Children are a gift and my dream is to be a teacher. I am not just about education but about kindness and compassion. I love babysitting because you get to see a different side of kids when they are at home vs at school. I enjoy spending time with and making connections with children which is why I love being a sitter.
