I grew up with the unique experiences of being able to help at my mother's preschool class and at her birthing classes (she was a doula). All of this gave me a good sense for nurturing, which my tight-knit Italian family only solidified. In college and high school, I had the opportunity to babysit for families in my neighborhood often. The summer of my junior year, I was a nanny for the summer to two kids (ages 6 and 9). I also was a babysitter for an infant on an as needed basis until she was three. My recent experience includes babysitting weekly for my nephew (pictured) until he was one. Currently, I'm a communications professional for the company Morley (based in Michigan) and work remotely 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. I'm looking for additional income on a part-time basis. Specifically, I'm looking for a family that needs help for Read more evening hours until 9 p.m. or on the weekends. I've always found babysitting joyful, and I'm excited to be wholly present, nurturing, and fun-loving with whatever child I'm given the great responsibility of caring for.
