Sydney has been watching my 3 year old for a few weeks now, and she has been great! Great communication, always on time, and my little one loves playing with her. Sydney was amazing with our five year old and almost two and a half year old. They immediately warmed to her and weren't at all upset when we left. She was prompt and very easy going. She fed them and put them to bed without any trouble, and even managed the chaos (and mess, sorry!) of our toddler's mid-potty training chaos. She was awesome, we will definitely call her again.
