I am a senior at American University majoring in Data Science with a minor in Computer Science. I am currently based in Bethesda, finishing my last semester at AU this fall, and I am looking for part-time babysitting or nannying work. I have 10 years of babysitting experience. I have babysat for over 20 families in Nashville, New York City, and Washington, DC. I have babysat for single families with 2-3 children aged between 3 months to 9 years old, and I have done formal, weekly childcare for churches where I supervised groups of kids aged 1-year-old to 12 years. Typically, my tasks included picking up and dropping off from school and after-school activities, aiding the elementary school-aged children with homework, entertaining the kids, changing diapers, cooking nourishing meals, and encouraging good behaviors using positive reinforcement. In single-family settings, I can also provide light housekeeping work such as cleaning and Read more doing laundry. Outside of school and babysitting, I love reading, spending time with my puppy Mila, and writing songs. I have self-released two albums and have toured nationally with several bands.
