Meet Isis

I am a passionate and experienced early childhood education professional with a lifelong commitment to working with children and supporting their development. I began my journey in childcare at the age of 13 as a camp counselor, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while creating a safe and engaging environment for young learners. For the past four years, I have served as a Lead Teacher at Lightbridge Academy, where I design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and build meaningful relationships with both students and their families. In this role, I emphasize social, emotional, and cognitive development while maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment. In addition, I have experience working with the Allentown School District in New Jersey as a monitor, where I supported student supervision, reinforced school policies, and ensured a safe and respectful environment for all students.
